Walk out on fight night knowing you're ready.

One simple app that plans, tracks and adjusts your whole camp, so problems show up in week four, not round two.

You did the work. It didn't show up on the night.

Eight weeks of camp. Two sessions a day, sometimes three. You did everything that was asked of you.

Then somewhere in the second round, the tank emptied. Or you walked out flat and never got going. Or you didn't make it to the night at all, because something gave out in week six.

Afterwards everyone has a theory. Too much sparring. Not enough rest. A bad cut. Maybe they're right. But by then the fight's gone, and you're guessing again for the next one.

Recovery

It was never your work ethic.

It was what was happening underneath. Through camp the training keeps building. When your recovery can't keep up, it starts to slide, quietly, weeks before anyone notices.

Training is the stimulus. Recovery is where you adapt.

Every hard session asks something of your body. The fitness, strength and sharpness you're after come from adapting to it, and that only happens when recovery keeps pace with the load.

When it doesn't, fatigue builds faster than you adapt. You keep training hard, but stop getting better. And the first things to suffer are the ones fights are decided on: your reactions, your timing, your decisions under pressure, and how well new skills stick.

That's why load and recovery are tracked together, every day, so training is adjusted before the slide shows up in sparring, or on fight night.

Strength & conditioning

S&C should make you a better fighter, not a tired one.

The wrong strength and conditioning leaves you slow, bulky and tired, and it takes energy away from the fight training that matters most.

The right strength and conditioning is built for your body and for what MMA demands. You feel strong where you need it, sharp and fast, and more resilient to injury, so you spend more time in the training room and less time sitting out.

It also has to fit around your fight training, not sit on top of it. Every session is placed in your week with a purpose, so the hard work adds up instead of piling up.

The system

A high-performance system, built around you.

Every part of your preparation working together, from fight night down to today.

  1. Your camp planned back from fight night.
  2. Your week fight training, S&C and recovery, planned together.
  3. Your day check in, train, log it.
  4. Your progress tracked, so the plan adjusts as you go.

For more than a decade I've prepared fighters for the biggest nights of their careers.

My background is Olympic high-performance sport, where nothing is left to chance. Athletes there have a team planning every phase, testing them and checking their recovery every morning. Fighters almost never get that, because a team like that costs more than almost any fighter can pay.

So I built a system that does that team's job, refined camp after camp at the top of the sport.

The same system my athletes use. Now open to you.
